On downloading your book i was at first a little disappointed at the size of it, i really did expect a lot more pages than i got, However the quality of the information is worth every penny, so no complaints from me. I followed some of your methods and found to my astonishment that i closed more sales from the very first day. I always went for the "hard kill" but now i am relaxing with my clients and closing more sales than ever before.
All i can say about the book is, Small but Essential !
